Concept Audi stars in the futuristic film I, Robot

From one “future reality” film, let us move on to another futuristic concept. The film I, Robot starred by Will Smith, is a movie based on the classic short story compilation by Isaac Asimov. It takes place during the year 2035, where robots have become a household item, and everybody trusts them except for one paranoid detective (Smith) who is investigating on a crime which he alone believes is perpetrated by a robot.

But one of the biggest spectacle of the movie was the starring role of the Concept Audi sports coupe. Previously, German luxury car maker Audi has supplied production cars to Hollywood moviemakers. But in joining forces with Twentieth Century Fox, Audi has, for the very first time, developed a unique concept car specifically for a Hollywood film.

Audi designers have created a car for a fictional future that strongly interprets the futuristic language of Audi's car design. It also incorporates the ideas of the film's director Alex Proyas.
